WHAT ARE MICROGREENS?

Microgreens are defined as vegetable greens harvested right after the cotyledon leaves have formed. These greens and sprouts have a much higher nutrient density than their full-grown counterparts. We offer many varieties that work great in salads, sandwiches, curries, and more. The culinary options are endless!
